I'm sorry to fill your journals with more entries, but this one needed special wards. As proposed by Caradoc, I am going to take a vote as to how our members feel about removing the spells on Octavius Pepper that prevent him from speaking about the Order.

Keep in mind that we will be doing this because the Minister requests it -- she thinks his inability to speak will hinder him in pursuing a Death Eater leak in the Ministry. It is not because we (as a group) have come to trust Pepper more or are considering bringing him back into the group.

Some of us have already made our feelings known, but since some of us aren't comfortable doing so, all comments that you make can only be seen by me. This isn't so that I can use your vote against you in any way, but because I want to prevent one person from commenting multiple times, as could be if it were anonymous. I promise the votes will not be shared.
